Leticia McCormack, 49, and her husband Brian, a border patrol agent, were charged with murdering Aarabella McCormack, one of their three adopted children. Leticia and her father, Stanley Tom, and mother, Adella Tom, are now in jail. All three defendants face life in prison for child violence and murder charges. Brian was supposed to be arrested, but they arrived at his house to arrest him this week in San Diego but he killed himself in front of police.
