Since initiating concussion procedures, Kansas City Chiefs safety Mike Edwards has been suspended for the remainder of their divisional playoff match against the Buffalo Bills. In the first minutes of the game, Edwards sustained the injury after a head-to-head collision with Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Edwards was unable to recover after the play was called out of the field before being led away from the field. The Chiefs announced that Edwards would be sidelined with a concussion after an examination.

Rhodes, a private liberal arts college that has traditionally affiliated with the Presbyterian faith, is home to around 2,000 students. Weil works as a faith advisor for several faiths on campus.
