The Solar Airship One, a French engineer, is a 495ft (150 million) balloon craft that is supposed to fly over 25 countries in 2026. It has been described as a sun and hydrogen-powered aircraft that does not need fossil fuels or create carbon dioxide emissions. Three pilots guide it across the equator from West to East in two years' time, including Mexico, India, and the United States.
