Michael Storm Career

Music career

Storm formed the Good Time Singers, a tribute band formed to replace the New Christy Minstrels on The Andy Williams Show after being involved in a folk music trio called the Others. Storm also appeared with Gordon and Sheila MacRae from December 1963 to January 1964, aided by their children Heather and Meredith and musician Craig Smith.

Acting career

Storm has appeared on numerous television shows, but is best known for his role as original character Dr. Larry Wolek on ABC soap opera One Life to Live, a role he played from 1969 to 1992 and in a recurring role from 1992 to 2004. He was preceded in Larry by his real-life brother, Jim Storm, who, in turn, had been preceded by Paul Tulley. Jim's Larry Wolek was badly wounded in a fire and underwent plastic surgery, and Michael Wolek was revealed when the bandages were removed. This latest plot device is expected to be so popular that many others, including Dynasty and One Life to Live, will use it to recast key characters.
