The network announced that the forthcoming fourth season would be the network's last, almost five months after The CW announced a reduced-episode revival for Superman & Lois. A show revived in June, but budget cuts cut the episode order down to just 10, just 10 before the SAG-AFTRA strike. While the show will be waiting until SAG-AFTRA announces a new deal and puts an end to the strike, The CW has announced that the last season will premiere in 2024.
