Anthony Michael Ray Bower (born February 12, 1975) is an American actor best known for his role as Eddie "Donkeylips" Gelfen on Nickelodeon's television show Salute Your Shorts, which aired from 1991 to 1992 and for which he received a Young Artist Award.

Career

Bower, a boy from Tarzana, California, made his film debut in Michael Jackson's 1988 Moonwalker. Before being brought into Salute Your Shorts for 20 episodes as Eddie 'Donkeylips' Gelfen, he appeared in episodic television series such as Webster, Tales from the Crypt, Empty Nest, Hull High, The Wonder Years, and Doogie Howser, M.D. He continued with guest appearances on well-known television shows, including one of Monica Geller's (Courteney Cox) prom date on an episode of Friends. He has appeared in films including Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School, and Ivan Reitman's Evolution. Bower appeared in an episode of the FOX series Dark Angel, appeared in the indie film Social Misfits, and the comedies short film Dinner with Raphael (written and directed by Joey Boukadakis).

Bower appeared on the game show Fun House in the late 1980s as well as in the early 1990s as a contestant. MC Lars' "Download This Song" music video also stars him. He has appeared on Singled Out as a contestant and appeared in three episodes as Peter Armbruster in the early 1990s. In Grand Theft Auto IV, he plays "Eugene Reaper."

Bower can also be seen on commercials for Mountain Dew's Amp Energy Drinks as a high-voltage, dancing mechanic.
