Jesse Lane, 12, is the friendly face behind Jesse's Shop in Coogee's beachside suburb. The stall, which is open weekends and school holidays, is a one-stop shop for locals, offering everything from cold drinks, bottled water, and iceblocks, to dog treats, sunscreen, and Aeroguard. However, not all residents are on board with many people requesting to Randwick Council and others requesting that it be halted.
