Mazi Smith, a Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle, is trying to recover thousands of dollars worth of his old University of Michigan cleats, boots, and other memorabilia after his old storage locker in Ann Arbor was auctioned off. 'Mazi Smith wasn't aware that his personal information had been sold before he was sent the TikTok video of the man who rented the storage unit where his belongings were stored,' attorney Levi G. McCathern II told DailyMail.com in an email.' While announcing the unit's contents on TikTok on Thursday, Vincent Broadway, the winning bidder, did not identify Smith by name. However, Broadway did announce that the unit was owned by a former Michigan player who was selected in the first round of the 2023 draft. And a look at the first 31 picks of last year's draft: Smith. McCathern has since revealed that the unit belonged to his client, as well as the 22-year-old's determination to recover his possessions.

However, he did mention that the unit was owned by a former Michigan player who was selected in the first round of the 2023 draft. Neither Smith's representative nor the Cowboys responded immediately to DailyMail.com's request for confirmation.
