Mazhar Kaleem (born 1942, died 2018) was a Pakistani novelist best known for his Imran Series books, Urdu spy fiction set within the Imran Series mythos created by Ibn-e-Safi. He was known for writing the Imran series and had also written short stories for children. "Jamhoor-de-Awaz" was the anchorperson of a saraiki radio talk show hosted by Radio Multan, "Jamhoor-de-Awaz." * He was a lawyer who was elected Senior Vice President of Multan Bar Council.
