Career
Jenkins began acting in ABC's Betrayal at the age of eight in 2013. He would go on to appear in several series, including Sense 8, directed by the Wachowski sisters and Chicago Fire, where he played J.J. Holloway. In 2016, Jenkins was cast as Will Robinson in Lost in Space, a Netflix reimagining of the classic 1965 television show. His work has been recognized for many Young Artist and Saturn Awards. In 2021, Jenkins was cast as a young Jack Reacher in the Amazon original film version based on the famous book series.
Jenkins' filmography has also included several feature films. He appeared in A Family Man, which premiered at TIFF in 2016. In it, he portrayed a young boy whose new illness is causing his father, played by Gerard Butler, to reevaluate his priorities and look for a way to reconnect with his family. In the film Joe Bell, he appeared alongside Mark Wahlberg, Connie Britton, and Reid Miller.
