Maurice Hines, a Broadway actor, has died at the age of 80. The actor was best known for his appearances as a tap dancer on musicals including Sophisticated Ladies, Bring Back Birdie, and Uptown. It's Hot, for which he was given a Tony Award in 1986 for best actor in a musical. He planned, produced, and choreographed the performance, as well as 2006's Hot Feet.
