The landmark seaside hotel in St Kilda's southeastern suburb has a $70 million price tag, making it the most expensive bar to ever be sold in Victorian history. A buyer will receive 12 bars on four levels, two restaurants, beer gardens, and two live music venues, a large slice of rock 'n' roll history.
