Taylor Frankie Paul, 28, was arrested in a Salt Lake City suburb Saturday and detained for almost nine hours before being released, according to DailyMail.com. She was charged with three misdemeanor charges, including assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence in the presence of a child. Dakota Mortensen refused to comment on what happened and told DailyMail.com, 'I'm not even allowed to talk to her.' Taylor's ex-husband Indy and Ocean share two young children.
