Despite another winless showing, DC United's debut, 15-year-old Matai Akinmboni, in the 0-0 draw with Real Salt Lake on Saturday, provided a bright spot. Freddy Adu and Alphonso Davies, the former Bayern Munich trialist, became the third child to grace an MLS pitch. Adu, a former DC United actor, is still the youngest debutant at 14 years, 334 days old.
