Oubre has been suffering from the effects of a torn ligament injury in his left hand this season, and he is expected to have surgery to address the problem. Since recovering from the injury to his shooting hand the first week of the season, Oubre was averaging 20.2 points per game this season. He has also averaged 7.8 assists, six rebounds, and 1.3 steals.
