On Friday, the Trump family gathered in Manhattan to say goodbye to Maryanne Trump Barry, Donald's older sister, who died on November 13 at the age of 86. Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka, the 77-year-old former president was welcomed to the church by his wife Melania and three of his three oldest children. David Desmond, Trump Barry's son, penned the eulogy. The service will be closed to journalists, according to Desmond of The New York Times. 'The service will be private,' he said. We prefer to have no press coverage at all.' Desmond's eulogy, according to Reverend Joseph Parkes, was "beautiful."

Many islanders learned of Maryanne Trump Barry's death diligently on Tuesday. Barry, an 86-year-old federal judge who had been appointed by one president and then promoted by another. However, she adored her mother's native Lewis, was holidayed there a lot, loved to speak a little Gaelic, and was generous to one of Stornoway's most worthwhile charities. It's sad that she was largely unknown to the world in her twilight years, just as Donald Trump's departed big sister. Hence, his dotage was made miserable by venomous media attention to gruesome recordings by a treacherous niece.
