Klebba appeared on The Howard Stern Show in the 1990s occasionally, and was given the affection "Marty the Midget."

Martin Klebba has appeared in many films, most notably the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy as Marty, a tumbling pirate of Captain Jack Sparrow's crew in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. The character was originally named "Dirk," but Gore Verbinski, perhaps director Gore Verbinski, preferred the actor's real name instead. Klebba recalled his role in the sequels Dead Man's Chest, At World's End, and Dead Men Tell No Tales. Klebba played a normal guy who fell into the series, so one stunt turned into four out of five movies.

Klebba was the ring announcer in the Cradle 2 the Grave in 2003. In All's Faire in Love, a romantic comedic comedy set at a Renaissance fair, Klebba appeared as "Count Le Petite" in 2009. He has appeared in low budget horror/comedy films. Feast II: Sloppy Seconds & Feast III: The Happy Ending is also known as "Thunder."

Hancock, Zombieland, Bedtime Stories, Evan Almighty, Meet the Spartans, Epic Movie, and Van Helsing are among his stunt appearances. "Marty" stood in for the Dimorphodon, who wrestles with Chris Pratt in Jurassic World wearing motion capture pajamas.

In the 2001 made-for-TV film Snow White: The Fairest of Them All, Klebba starred as Friday, one of the seven dwarfs. Hank Dingo appeared in the Comedy Central made-for-TV film Knee High P.I. In the Charmed, season 6 episode Witch Wars (2004), he made an appearance as a demon. Nug Nug Nug Nug Nug's has appeared on iCarly and Drake & Josh.

Randall Winston was in the television series Scrubs for many years as Klebba. Dickie Jones appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "The Chick Chop Flick Shop" (2006) as Dickie Jones, and he appeared in the CSI: NY episode "Uncertainty Rules" (2010) as Calvin Moore. In 2010, a Klebba guest appeared in Pair of Kings, a Disney television series. Todd Moore appeared in the Bones (TV series) season 5 episode "Dwarf in the Dirt" (2010).

Klebba and his good friend Amy Roloff have also appeared on the TLC reality show Little People, Big World. In one episode of VH-1's I'm Married to a... in which his typical sized wife addresses being married to a little girl.

Klebba appeared on The Cape in 2011 as "Rollo," a series regular. He appeared in Mirror Mirror (2012), which starred Julia Roberts, Armie Hammer, and Lily Collins.
