XCLUSIVE: A murderer who assisted 'Nottingham's first serial killer's murder of three homeless people has been given a parole hearing and could be released. Dean Carr, 30, was sentenced to life in 2006 for the murder of Ellen Frith, 25 years old as part of a gang led by Mark Martin, who was convicted of Ellen's murder and also Katie Baxter, 26 and 18.
