Lillian Menendez, a former prisoner, told DailyMail.com that she and Woodard had a months-long feud that was violent and threatening. Menendez was released in April, but she had to request a restraining order because Woodard kept bombarding her with threatening calls from jail. Woodard said she has access to tablets, tranquilizers, and medications that she makes with moonshine brewed from fermented fruit while in jail. According to Menendez, Woodard operated what she described as a "phone sex venture" from the unit for lonely male relatives, husbands, or acquaintances of other prisoners. 'Danielle does whatever Danielle wants to do, even in prison,' she said.
