Marcos Pea (born March 15, 1977) is an Argentine politician, author, and political scientist who served as Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers under Mauricio Macri's reign. By the Commitment to Change Front, he had served as Legislator of the City of Buenos Aires.

Early life and education
Marcos Pea was born in Buenos Aires, on March 15, 1977. Pea is the son of Félix Pea, an international trade specialist, and Clara Braun, an academic. He is the grandson of Eduardo Braun-Menéndez, the Argentine physiologist. He attended Wayside Elementary School in Potomac, Maryland, the United States, as his parents immigrated from abroad. He returned to Argentina and finished high school in Buenos Aires. He received a degree in political science from the Torcuato di Tella University.

Political career
Pea volunteered in José Octavio Bordón's presidential campaign while studying political science (FREPASO) in 1995. He served as an honorem with his father in the Carlos Menem government's Undercoverariat of Foreign Trade, where he met Gabriela Michetti.
He participated in the creation of Commitment to Change, the Republican Proposal party led by Mauricio Macri in the City of Buenos Aires, in 2003. He was elected a Legislator for the Buenos Aires City.
