An Iranian model's decision to wear a dress to the Cannes Film Festival and protest regime executions has sparked a controversy. Mahlagha Jaberi (pictured), 33, posted a video of her sporting the dress on Instagram on Sunday and expressed her love to the people of Iran" with the hashtag #StopExecutionsInIran. On May 26, she was first seen in designer Jila Saber's dress on the red carpet of 'The Old Oak', the 76th annual Cannes film festival at Palais des Festivals.
