Following staff's input, the Body Shop has ruled out a men's section in its shops to make them more gender neutral

Maddie Smith, the beauty brand's UK managing director, said staff had complained about the absence of a separate area for men's products. "We don't like the men's bay because we feel it is too narrowed and we'd much rather welcome everyone and say that everything is for everyone," Ms Smith continued. According to her, getting rid of the designated section could save the company money by freeing up more space in its shops, adding: "Our products are not gender-specific."
