Lucy-Jo Hudson (born 4 May 1983) is an English actress best known for her appearances as Katy Harris in Coronation Street, Donna-Marie Quinn in Hollyoaks, and Rosie Trevanion in the ITV drama Wild at Heart from 2006 to 2009.

Early and personal life
Hudson was born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, on May 4th, 1983. She is the niece of rugby league player Ryan Hudson, as well as dance coach Amy-Lou. She studied at the Scala School of Performing Arts in Leeds.
Hudson was married to Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs. Sienna Rae, Hudson's daughter, was born on September 7, 2013. Both parents announced that they were divorced in March 2016, but they rekindled their friendship just a few weeks later, just a few weeks before in 2018 Hudson announced that she and Halsall were divorcing.
Career
Hudson trained as a professional dancer and theatre actress before landing her role in Coronation Street. During 2005, she served as a regular panelist on the ITV talk show Loose Women. She landed a role in the ITV drama Wild at Heart later this year. In 2016, she played Rhiannon Davis in the BBC soap opera Doctors. Despite being on Doctors for a short time, Hudson said she felt like "part of the family" and that her co-stars and the production team were "lovely." Many viewers expressed support on social media after scenes depicting Rhiannon's breakdown and her eventual deposition. Hudson received the award for Villain of the Year at the 2017 British Soap Awards a year later for her portrayal of Rhiannon. Rhiannon isn't "your stereotypical villain at all," she said after winning the award, because she is rather a "depressive character." On May 5, 2018, it was announced that she had been cast in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks. Donna-Marie Quinn made her debut as Donna-Marie Quinn later this year and then resigned from the role in April 2019. She appeared in January 2020 for a brief period until returning to June 2021.
