The police have warned drivers of a '100 mph Snapchat challenge.'

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 10, 2022
Drivers have been warned against a Snapchat competition that threatens their speed, with drivers being asked to videotape themselves zooming at 100 mph. The warning comes nearly 20 months after Meirion Roberts, 26, (left) killed Lewis Morgan, 20, (not pictured) in a drink driving crash. When recording a video of their speedometer on their phone as proof, the '100 percent Snapchat challenge' encourages drivers to accelerate to top speeds. They must then post the clip on their social media page. The 100mph challenge has existed for many years, but police say it is on the rise. Roberts had been drinking bottles of beer while driving behind the wheel and displaying his speedometer on the social media platform when Mr Morgan was killed in December 2020.

The New York Red Bulls 2-0 – Nick Cushing's team leads a two-game series

www.dailymail.co.uk, September 17, 2022
As host New York City FC defeated the New York Red Bulls 2-0 at Yankee Stadium on Saturday afternoon in the Hudson River Derby, Alexander Callens and Santiago Rodriguez scored early in the first half. For the first time, NYCFC (14-11-7, 49 points) snapped a five-game winless skid (0-4-1) and swept the Red Bulls' two-game season series for the first time. The defending champions came within a point behind third-place New York (14-10-8, 50 points). Callens scored his first goal in almost four months in the first minute and made a crucial defensive play about ten minutes later. Callens' goal was set up by Rodriguez, who scored in the 23rd and then scored in the 23rd.
