Apple TV Plus has released the first-look image of Natalie Portman as Maddie Schwartz in the upcoming limited series Lady in the Lake. The series is adapted from the 2019 Laura Lippman novel, set in 1960s Baltimore, with the streaming series setting a July 19 premiere date. The image reveals Portman as Schwartz looking troubled, outside of what appears to be a department store.
