Bethenny, 51, chastised the Kardashians for their 'irresponsible' photohopping, which she argued was 'not fair to women.' Now Courtney, who came out as nonbinary last year but uses both she and they pronouns, has responded by saying: 'How are you @bethennyfrankel for girls/women when you made me feel so mocked on your show when I was 19?'
