Kevin Ullyett Life

Kevin Ullyett (born 23 May 1972) is a Zimbabwean professional tennis player.

In male doubles, his main success on the tour was in males. Ullyett earned 34 doubles titles in his career, including two Grand Slams in the 2001 US Open and 2005 Australian Open with countryman Wayne Black.

He competed in the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics, finishing fifth overall with Black in 2004.

Ullyett and Daniela Hantuchová shared the Australian Open in mixed doubles.

In 2002 with Hantuchová, he reached the final of Wimbledon, and the semifinals followed him in 2003 and 2005 with Hantuchová and Liezel Huber respectively.

At the 2005 Australian Open, He and Huber were also runners-up. At the end of 2005, Black, Ully's compatriot and long-serving doubles partner, retired.

He continued with Paul Hanley for two seasons, followed by Jonas Björkman, who resigned at the end of 2008, and then with Brazilian Bruno Soares. Robert Ullyett, his father, was a professional cricketer for Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and field hockey.

He was a member of the national team of the 1964 Olympics (they defeated New Zealand 2–1 and finished 11th out of 15) eighteen years ago, competing in his first ATP Tour event in 1992.

He has won more than 500 titles in his career. He lives in London with his wife and two children.

Jemima, their first child, was born in 2005.

After tennis, he aims for a career in property development.
