During joint workout on Tuesday, Philadelphia and Indianapolis got a little chippy, to the point where rehearsal had to be cancelled ahead of Thursday's preseason finale. A brawl at joint practice is hardly surprising, but Jason Kelce, the fire starter, is the exception. The self-admitted 'cheap shot' he fired on Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin was the wretched moment at the NovaCare Complex. After building up a head of steam, the normally affable Kelce dismissed Franklin's energetic hits on Kenneth Gainwell and decked Franklin, who was blindsided.
