Kelly Victoria Gould (born (1999-08-04)August 4, 1999) is an American former child actress.
She is known for her role as Shannon Clemens on the Lifetime original comedy series Rita Rocks.
Gould made appearances in many television series, and she appeared in three feature-length movies: Blades of Glory, The Rebound and 16 Love.

On the Home Box Office comedy film Lucky Louie, she starred as four-year-old Lucy, Louie and Kim's daughter. In the episode "All Ghosts Lead to Grandview," Gould appeared in CBS television series The Ghost Whisperer in 2007.
