Lucy Watson, a Brit who is currently living in New York City, has a sister named Katy in the UK who logged onto the website to order a food shop. Upon first glance, Katy's list appears to look normal, ordering Gala Apples that cost £1.69 and a pack of bananas for 94p. However, she claimed her card was charged £394.50 for two loose limes, which should have cost just 50p. But when Katy realised the error and asked the supermarket giant for a refund, her request appeared to be rejected, according to a screenshot Lucy shared online.
