Ordon, the youngest of four siblings, migrated to Paris in 1999 after winning a talent competition and signing a deal with now-defunct Madison Models Agency. She has appeared in Biotherm, Tally Weijl, Guess, and Bebe campaigns, and she has appeared in Victoria's Secret catalogs. She appeared in the Chanel Allure lipstick commercial, a nodulation to Jean-Luc Godard's film Le Mépris, which featured the youthful Brigitte Bardot. Ordon has appeared in television commercials for Carte Noir and Narta. She has appeared on the front of Elle's French translation of Playboy, Glamour, and Cosmo. In October 2009, she appeared pregnant in the 30th anniversary edition of Vogue Germany, as seen through photographer Bruce Weber's lens. She appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2010.

Ordon made her film debut in 2002 in Cédric Anger's Novela. In 2003 film Inquiétudes by director Gilles Bourdos (released in the United States under the name "A Sight for Sore Eyes") she portrayed one of the main characters (in the United States, she played "A Sight for Sore Eyes." In 2008's Flashbacks of a Fool, a supporting role in Shawn Regruto's 2004 independent film Point & Shoot lead to the steamy opener in bed with Daniel Craig. "Christine" was also shot in Befikre, an Indian romantic comedy drama film.
