Despite not being fined during the game, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren was fined $48,333 for unlawful use of his helmet during their Week 2 victory over the Cleveland Browns. Warren took a short nap on third-and-3 before lowering his helmet as Browns safety Juan Thornhill approached him to make the tackle. The two players collided helmet-to-helmet after Thornhill also dropped his head before they both collapsed to the ground out of bounds.
