Gareth Taylor's side currently share the City Football Academy (CFA) with the men's teams but construction is set to start on their bespoke facility ahead of next season. The 2024/25 campaign starts in September and Bunny Shaw and co will still call the CFA home while the building work is completed.

Pep Guardiola confirms Erling Haaland will MISS Man City's trip to Brighton as he recovers from an injury... but insists the Norwegian's absence is 'not a big issue' for his title-chasing side

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 24, 2024
Title-chasing Manchester City will be without leading scorer Erling Haaland for Thursday's Premier League clash with Brighton. Haaland missed the FA Cup semi-final win over Chelsea on Saturday with a muscle issue and has now been ruled out of his side's trip to the Amex Stadium. Manager Pep Guardiola insisted the matter was not a serious one for the 20-goal striker, who could come back into contention Sunday's clash with Nottingham Forest, and was boosted by Phil Foden and John Stones both getting the green light after their own fitness concerns.

Fans call foul on Euros sticker book debacle as Panini lose out to Topps for right to sell them - but new firm printed them BEFORE the knock-out stages and does not even have permission to feature all the players

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 22, 2024
After 47 years of Panini holding the rights to distribute the official Euros sticker book, this year the contract has gone to Topps - but it doesn't have permission to include all the players. Italian company Panini isn't going down without a fight and will still produce an album. The collectables company has supplied sticker albums for every Euros tournament since 1977, but last summer's competition will now go down as its last.  The Topps version has failed to impress many fans. It was printed before the qualification stages were complete, according to The Times. This means Wales is included, despite being knocked out by Poland . And while Topps holds the overall rights, Panini retains those to aspects of some teams. So five of the teams, including England, can only be shown in their kit by Panini.Topps have also brought in legendary manager Jose Mourinho (pictured) to promote the collectables book who has taken over the trading card companies office. Inset is the Panini World Cup football stickers in 2022.

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 11, 2024
John Stones has revealed how he stripped back his game to go from a Manchester City outcast to one of the premier central defenders in Europe. Stones, whose emergence as an auxiliary midfielder has reinvented the way Pep Guardiola 's side attack, faced the lowest year of his career in 2020 when consistently overlooked and dropping down the pecking order.

Forget the World Cup, Euros or Super Bowl - this is why the Champions League is the greatest show on earth!

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 10, 2024
JACK GAUGHAN: The Bernabeu was the scene of an all-timer in a competition - when it reaches these stages - that is just like no other in the world of sport. The Ryder Cup runs it close on a good year but nothing else provides this sort of fuss on tap. Real Madrid 3-3 Manchester City was good. And Arsenal 2-2 Bayern Munich wasn't too bad either, both occasions that had thousands on their couches whizzing between TV channels, missing goals and talking points while over on the other side and refusing to pick just one game.

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 10, 2024
JACK GAUGHAN: Manchester City are devising a plan to give Rodri some much-needed rest after the midfielder admitted tiredness in the wake of Tuesday's pulsating draw at Real Madrid. www.dailymail.co.uk, April 9, 2024
Ruben Dias has joked that he speedily wakes himself from dreams of end of season glory and claims that looking too far ahead can be a 'big mistake'. The Manchester City defender is preparing to take on Real Madrid in the first-leg of the Champions League quarter-final, having seen his side cut their deficit at the top of the Premier League to one point last weekend. Pep Guardiola 's side are bidding to become the first team in the history of the English top-flight to win four consecutive titles, while they are also in with a chance completing their second-straight continental treble.

Revealed: How the Premier League title race between Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City could be decided by a PLAY-OFF FINAL

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 8, 2024
Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City are battling for the Premier League's first title clash in years as Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City vie for the title of the season. It's the Gunners who lead the way right now, ahead of Jurgen Klopp's side on goal difference, with Manchester City a point behind in third. With barely splitting the three protagonists, thoughts have turned to what might have happened if there was no difference between the three candidates - with the possibility that it all could have devolved into a tumultuous play-off match. But how could it come to that? Firstly, if all three teams finish the game on the same points, it would be down to goal difference. This has occurred before, most notable in 2012, when Sergio Aguero won the Premier League for City for the final kick of the season.

Both Phil Foden and John Stones are 'SNUBBED' from Topps' Euro 2024 England sticker album... which Championship player has been included instead?

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 4, 2024
Topps has allegedly deleted Phil Foden and John Stones from England's Euro 2024 sticker album. In 2022, the American trading card company gained the right to replace Panini as UEFA's sole sticker parnter for the tournament in Germany. Topps, who were acquired by memorabilia giant Fanatics for almost $500 million (£382 million) in 2022, is now the official sponsor of the Champions league and other UEFA club competitions.

How a bonsai tree helped drive City's Treble success and came to represent Erling Haaland… as Netflix doc reveals all, including Pep's inspirational team talk after 115 charges were announced

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 2, 2024
JACK GAUGHAN: A bonsai tree stood in Manchester City's physio room last year, the nexus of a city's training ground, which became Pep Guardiola's centerpiece. It's likely that walking through the team made it a crowded place, and the majority of the squad made sure to spray their little seedling before going further. 'Erling's idea,' John Stones smirks.' Given what we know about Erling Haaland's meditation dedication and a Zen approach to life, including the Japanese tree, it's right in keeping. The bonsai gave them a common cause away from the grass as they stormed to the Treble. "Everyone bought into it, and everyone took care of it," Stones says. 'It became a thing that if you'd come in and not watered it, you'd be a little angry with yourself.'

Despite Pep Guardiola's initial dismissal of John Stones due to an injury while on England service, he is still on the BENCH for Man City

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 31, 2024
In Manchester City's crucial top-of-the-table match against Arsenal, defender John Stones will start. Since going down holding his groin, the England defender was forced to leave in the first half of England's draw with Belgium this week. After the right-back limped off against Brazil, he joined fellow Manchester City player Kyle Walker in having to leave an England international early.

MARTIN KEOWN: Manchester City will have to change how they play against Arsenal without injured John Stones and Kyle Walker. Pep Guardiola will hope he is not left counting the cost of the international break

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 29, 2024
MARTIN KEOWN TALKS TACTICS: For City, there could be some annoyance with England's involvement against Brazil and Belgium. Players are unlikely to be characterized by what they do in a friendly for their country, but how many trophies they win at their club will determine how much money they win. But Walker and Stones deserve praise, not criticism, for their desire to represent England rather than finding a reason to hide themselves for Arsenal. Gone are the days when I would turn up for an England friendly wondering which of Manchester United's players might vanish!Like in March 1998, when David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Andy Cole and more went missing for a match against Switzerland, with it transpiring Sir Alex Ferguson had told them to prioritise their treble chase!

Pep Guardiola says Kyle Walker and John Stones will miss Man City's crunch game against Arsenal because the pair sustained injuries while on international service with England

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 29, 2024
While away from England, both players sustained injuries, but there was still hope that they would return in time to play in the game at the Etihad on Sunday afternoon. During the 1-0 friendly loss to Brazil at Wembley on Saturday, City captain Walker was forced to leave the game with Belgium after suffering an ankle injury. When City's actors returned to action on Wednesday, they were scheduled for scans on their fitness, but the results have revealed that they will both be on the sidelines.

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 27, 2024

Man City's defensive headache worsens as another first-team player is hospitalized on international service, with Kyle Walker and John Stones also questioning

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 27, 2024
Another Manchester City defender has sustained an injury on international service to help Pep Guardiola's back pains pep Guardiola's injury woes ahead of Sunday's Arsenal match. Kyle Walker stepped up during England's friendly loss to Brazil over the weekend, but was duly suspended in the first half to raise doubt at the Etihad with the huge tie looming large. According to reports following the game, the right back, who was captaining the side on the night, had avoided a potentially lethal hamstring injury, and the club was expected to keep a sliver of his appearance on Sunday.

After Kobbie Mainoo and Ivan Toney's performance in the draw against Belgium, Jude Bellingham praises the 'brilliant' England newcomers, but warns that the growing injury crisis is 'is really difficult.'

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 26, 2024
On his full debut, Kobbie Mainoo was England's best performer, while Ivan Toney scored a penalty to advance his case to Harry Kane's understudy at Euro 2024. In the first half, Jordan Pickford and Lewis Dunk dominated the Three Lions, but Gareth Southgate's guys had their moments of excellence. John Stones had to pull out due to a first-half injury and he joins a growing list of absentees, but Bellingham was optimistic with the new players coming on.

On Sunday, City hosts table-toppers Arsenal in a match that may be crucial in determining who takes the Premier League title. Stones was able to walk down the tunnel, but Pep Guardiola was still worried about his defender's health five days before the Gunners' visit.

Why England stars Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice, John Stones and Co will be wearing nameless shirts for just the second half of their friendly with Belgium at Wembley

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 25, 2024
In the second half of England's friendly against Belgium on Tuesday night, the players will face Belgium without the shirts on the back of their shirts. Following their 1-0 loss to Brazil on Saturday, the Three Lions are hoping to give the home support some reason to celebrate as they face Domenico Tedesco's side. Gareth Southgate will have to lead his team before announcing his final 23-man squad for the European Championships in Germany this summer.

I was the youngest player in the football league at 15 years old at 15. I was considering suicide ten years ago

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 24, 2024
MATT BARLOW: MATT BARLOW: The youngest person to play in English football is now 30. He was half the age when he set the record, with fatherhood's perspectives changed and horizons cleared by the end of his career. He hasn't kicked a ball in more than two years. His last game as a professional footballer came almost seven years ago as a late Rochdale replacement in League One. Since then, there have been some rough and difficult times. Injuries, more injuries, scans, and surgeries, physiotherapy and painkillers, an emotional breakdown, and suicidal thoughts all came into play.

As his Sky Sports colleague responds by hinting at Jamie Carragher's "OFFENSIVE" view of the best rivalry in Premier League history, Gary Neville mocks him about the infamous clash with Arsenal

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 12, 2024
Gary Neville has slammed Sky Sports colleague Jamie Carragher for his "offensive" view of the best Premier League rivalry. Following what seemed to be the last meeting between Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, the two pundits were on Monday Night Football for Chelsea's 3-2 victory over Newcastle. Alexis Mac Allister's penalty put out John Stones' opener for Pep Guardiola's team in an exciting match that saw chance galore at both ends, leading to a 1-1 draw.

Dermot Gallagher supports VAR's decision not to award Liverpool a penalty for Jeremy Doku's high tackle on Alexis Mac Allister, but admits it would be 'less evidence if it was given.'

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 11, 2024
Dermot Gallagher, a former Premier League referee, has supported VAR's decision not to give Liverpool a penalty at the end of their draw with Manchester City. Following goals from John Stones and Alexis Mac Allister, the Anfield tussle came to a stalemate, although there was some post-match discussion of the incident involving City winger Jeremy Doku and the Reds' goalcorer. Although Doku studs attempted to clear the ball inside his own box, referee Michael Oliver ruled that the offence did not justify a penalty.

Pep Guardiola is accused by Richard Keys of speaking to his colleague'like he was a piece of s**t on his shoes' after Man City drew with Liverpool... as he describes the Spanish boss's behavior in a post-match interview as a "disgrace."

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 11, 2024
Following Man City's draw with Liverpool on Sunday, Richard Keys accused Pep Guardiola of treating a reporter "like a piece of s**t." Guardiola's side lost a point following a thrilling match at Anfield, where Alexis Mac Allister's penalty cancelled out John Stones' first-half attack. According to Keys, the City manager would've been dissatisfied with a win, and it's likely that during one post-match interview, they made that clear.

Jeremy Doku's tumultuous late challenge, according to Alexis Mac Allister, was 'a simple penalty' and that referee Michael Oliver'made a mistake' as Liverpool hold Man City to 1-1 draw

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 11, 2024
After a tumultuous challenge from Jeremy Doku that has split opinion, Alexis Mac Allister believes he should have been granted a penalty in the dying embers of Sunday's enthralling match between Liverpool and Man City. On Sunday, City and Liverpool clashed in one of the season's most thrilling and exciting games, with the two teams unable to separate for the second time this season at 90 minutes. After some quick-thinking from Kevin De Bruyne from a corner, John Stones scored the opener for the visitors before Mac Allister scored the hosts after the break from 12 yards.

After a 1-1 draw with Liverpool, Gary Neville says Man City will never learnt to deal with the Anfield "washing machine" as a Man United icon says, 'you're never safe in this ground.'

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 11, 2024
Manchester City lost to Liverpool on Sunday because the city still had trouble dealing with the Anfield'washing machine,' according to Gary Neville. In a game that was billed as a title decider, City and Liverpool met at Anfield, with the two juggernauts locked in a competition for the Premier League crown alongside Arsenal. Before City's match against the Reds, the Gunners were in first place, with the winners set to usurp the north Londoners, but after Alexis Mac Allister canceled out John Stones' opener, the Gunners could not be separated.
