John Sinclair, 57, is the owner of HM Sheridan butchers, which holds the royal warrant to supply Balmoral Castle and Birkhall and was responsible for providing sausages for the Royal Family's summer barbecues. Sinclair said the queen was in'repreciate form' the first time he saw her. He was worried the first time he met the Queen ten years ago, but that she teased him with her 'cheeky' sense of humor.
