The three-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated, including a new kitchen and bathroom. Nested estate agents are selling it for £750,000. The flat has a portion of the freehold, as well as a service fee of £7,548 a year and a year of ground rent of £225 a year, with 94 years remaining on the lease.
