The cryptic notes were discovered in food bags containing Lucky Charms, Lindt Chocolate, and Chai tea, which were purchased from many grocery stores around Northeastern Pennsylvania and around the state. Joe Miller of Sugarloaf Township couldn't believe his eyes when he discovered a folded piece of paper with classified society information in a box of Lucky Charm's S'mores cereal he bought last week.
