Joe Miller Life

Joe Miller, also known as JOEE, was born in Rotherham, England, on July 29th, 1987. * He began his work as an eSports caster at gaming tournaments, presenting his first event as a narrator broadcasting Battlefield 1942 (short: BF1942). The 3D World War II first-person shooter (FPS) video game was coincidentally the first game Miller played at a competitive level. * At age 16, he began to commentate on BF1942 games at home in the United Kingdom, pushing out as many audio commentaries as he could. Miller said in an interview with JP McDaniel (the host of Real Talk on YouTube), that it was a "major leap" from the audio commentaries he created to the Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) World Tour in 2005, which was perhaps the "most defining moment" of his early eSports career. * From there, he went on to work as a broadcaster for a number of professional video game leagues, including the World Series of Video Games (WSVG), Championship Gaming Series, DreamHack, and various Electronic Sports League (ESL) tournaments. * In addition to his role as General Manager for Fnatic's roots, the company's founding in Southampton, Leigh "Deman" Smith and Paul "ReDeye" Chaloner were among the team's leaders, Although Miller is known for casting competitive Counter-Strike and Quake Live tournaments, and now he has earned a reputation in League of Legends (LoL). Miller and James Harding went to Cologne, Germany, and started working for the ESL in 2008 with Matt Rider and James Harding. * He earned a regular spot in the League of Legends Championship Series, which he coproduced with Leigh "Deman" Smith, Trevor "Quet" Smith, Jason Kaplan, Martin "Deficio" Lynge, and Eefje "sjokz" Depoortere. Miller resides in Cologne, Germany, and speaks fluent German. Notable recent accomplishments include casting the Riot League of Legends tournaments at Gamescom 2013 and winning a casting position at LoL World Championships hosted in Los Angeles. Miller revealed that after the 2014 European LoL Regionals at Gamescom 2014, he would be casting at the 2014 League of Legends World Championship in Taipei, Singapore, and Busan and Seoul, South Korea.

ON THE ROAD: Some harsh lessons for young Scots but this is where their football education begins

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 13, 2024
Every day is a school day. Some are better than others. Yesterday was graduation day of sorts for the Republic of Ireland, an afternoon of pass marks for Wales, and another learning experience for the Scots. The Victory Shield was settled early doors, as they do not say in the corridors of academe. The Republic of Ireland won it by beating Northern Ireland in the first match of the day at Broadwood. Every player and coach has been offered lessons all week, however.

Pennsylvania residents left terrorized after finding notes about JFK, terror-riots, SS and Lord of the Rings inside SEALED packets of Lucky Charms, Lindt Chocolate and chai tea

www.dailymail.co.uk, December 30, 2023
The cryptic notes were discovered in food bags containing Lucky Charms, Lindt Chocolate, and Chai tea, which were purchased from many grocery stores around Northeastern Pennsylvania and around the state. Joe Miller of Sugarloaf Township couldn't believe his eyes when he discovered a folded piece of paper with classified society information in a box of Lucky Charm's S'mores cereal he bought last week. It's just bothers me.' The note isn't particularly useful - it's the note that really bothers me. Miller said, "These notes were discovered inside a food like kids' food." He reported the finding to the Federal Bureau of Investigation quickly (FBI).

DR. MEGAN ROSSI: The bugs you do not like living on your teeth are actually good for you

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 11, 2022
DR MEGAN ROSSI: Oral bacteria seem to be something your dentist would warn you about. Nevertheless, your mouth is home to a thriving – and important – community of bacteria and other microbes (known as the oral microbiota) that you might actually want to promote, as well as your gut and skin. They're important not only for your dental hygiene, but also for your overall wellbeing, and disease risk. Around 700 species of oral microbes have been found so far. You may have 250 to 300 of them in your mouth right now. Despite an influx of new microbes from food, drink, breathing, nail-biting, and kissing (more on this later).
