Jodie Whittaker, Robert Carlyle and Brendan Coyle were spotted filming upcoming Netflix drama Toxic Town in Cheshire on Tuesday.  The drama focuses on three mothers fighting for justice following toxic waste spillages in the town of Corby in Northamptonshire.  The Doctor Who star, 41, is playing Susan McIntyre in the series. Susan is one of the mums whose lives were drastically affected by the catastrophe in the Eighties. 

Jodie Whittaker fans could be forgiven for thinking an announcement was on the way as she made an appearance in Manchester on Wednesday. To the casual observer the actress, best known for her former role as Doctor Who ,  looked heavily pregnant as she chatted to a friend.
