Jerzy Rybicki (born 6 June 1953 in Warsaw) is a retired boxer from Poland who represented Poland at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. He took the gold medal in the light middleweight division (71 kg), after beating Yugoslavia's Tadija Kacar in the final. Rybicki won the bronze medal in the middleweight division four years ago (75 kg). In 1978 at the second World Championships in Belgrade, he did the same.
