Jeremy Miller Career

Miller was cast in a few commercials, then a 1984 guest role in Punky Brewster before landing the role of Ben Seaver, the younger son on Growing Pains. After Growing Pains, he appeared in the film Milk and Fashion, in commercials for McDonald's "Dollar Menunaires" promotion shot as a parody of the VH1 series Best Week Ever, and as the star of the 1990 Hanukah episode of Shalom Sesame (an Israeli version of Sesame Street). He has also been spotted in Boys and Girls Guide To Getting Down. He appeared in a special celebrity team-up episode of Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? facing off against Mayim Bialik from Blossom, and Tatyana Ali from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air; he and his partner got through to the bonus round in the end (but failed to win the big prize).

He can be seen in four movies in 2009: Ditching Party, Never Have I Ever, The Fish and Tar Beach.

While promoting Start Fresh Recovery of Santa Ana, California in April 2014, Miller said he started drinking alcohol at age four. Miller states that he suffered from alcohol abuse for years, until he had an implant that released the drug Naltrexone into his system. In 2011, he became a spokesperson for Fresh Start Private Management Inc., the rehabilitation company that administered his treatment.

Sandra Dee Miller, 63, was assaulted by her son's two adult pit bulls and five puppies on Halloween in her own backyard in Taylorsville. The dogs were frenzied as police arrived on the scene, and they declared it a bloodbath. Her leg had no flesh on it, and only the bone was preserved.' There was so much blood [the cop] could not see her other injuries,' court papers said. Police first announced that one of Sandra's legs had to be amputated, and a week after she died as a result of her injury. Earlier this week, her son Jeremy, 38, was charged with seven misdemeanors.

According to actor Jeremy Miller, a spin-off of the iconic 1980s sitcom Growing Pains is in the works, with the original cast of the hit show 'on board' to reprise their roles. Miller, 46, (pictured right with the cast in 1991 and lowest inset in 2023) who performed rambunctious teenager Ben Seaver on the show from 1985-1992, said the entertainment company has its own visions for a'reimagining' of the series, according to DailyMail.com. Leonardo DiCaprio, the show's resident, appeared on the program in 1991 as homeless teen Luke Brower (left with Miller), while icon Brad Pitt (top inset) had minor roles on the film in 1988 and 1989. During its long run on ABC, Growing Pains was nominated for a slew of Emmys. The cast reunited in 2000 for The Growing Pains Movie, then titled Growing Pains: Return of the Seavers. Growing Pains previously spawned spin-off series, Just the Ten of Us, which featured Coach Graham Lubbock, Mike and Carol's gym teacher,
