However, he will reportedly have to see a psychiatrist every day, and he will have to remain sober and continue taking classes.

He was seen leaving the tavern with a female friend who had to lead him out by the hand. He reportedly left rehab after a consultant inside told him he could get out of his court-ordered rehabilitation program by leaving the state. Margera is said not talking to his parents and hasn't heard from his wife or son. After his wife Nikki filed for custody of their son Phoenix, the actor also left rehab twice in June. In October, he promised to sign up to Jackass 4 in a sobriety pledge, but he later broke it.
