Jeff Lynne, Teddy Riley, Glen Ballard, and Liz Rose of Electric Light Orchestra were among the inductees at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on June 15. Snoop, a hip hop rapper who is best known for hits such as Drop It Like It's Hot and Gin and Juice, follows in the footsteps of Missy Elliott and Jay-Z in being recognized for their songwriting.
