The Washington Commanders have signed 'male model' quarterback Sam Hartman as an undrafted free agent, according to multiple reports. Hartman, who finished his college career at Notre Dame, will receive a $20,000 signing bonus and a $225,000 base salary guarantee, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The signing of Hartman comes after the Commanders used the second overall pick in this week's NFL Draft to select LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels.

McCarthy, both of whom were invited on a recent TopGolf outing with Daniels by team personnel.

Maye followed two other quarterbacks off the board in LSU's Jayden Daniels, who went second to Washington, and future Chicago bears signal caller Caleb Williams, who went first overall out of USC. The pick comes three years after the Patriots' first failed attempt to replace Brady with Mac Jones, who was drafted 15th overall but is now off to Jacksonville to serve as Trevor Lawrence's backup.

Caleb Williams, Drake Maye and other members of the 2024 NFL Draft class have begun arriving to the Fox Theatre in Detroit ahead of their big nights.
