Career
Frank was cast in the role of Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger.
The role was intended for 14 episodes. He was called back as the White Ranger and the team's new leader due to the popularity of the character.
Frank was supposed to be the lead character in VR Troopers (originally named "Cybertron") and shot a pilot episode before being called back to Power Rangers.
Hawkins' character was to replace Tommy Oliver on Power Rangers, according to both Frank and Brad Hawkins.
