A video of a 'ghost' eerily passing by the front of their restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, was posted earlier this week by Library Restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The 'ghost' set off the motion detector as it floated by, according to owners, who told them that the ghoul wasn't lit from a car or a gust of wind. The restaurant is located in the Rockingham Hotel, which has a long tradition of hauntings that have been chronicled in depth through the years.
