Luxury Aspen ski resort sues British designer clothing company Perfect Moment for sending annoying INFLUENCERS to its slopes for social media photos and printing pictures of its $450-a-ticket nightclub onto apparel

A luxury ski resort company is suing a U.K. designer for causing influencers to model their clothes on the slopes and frequently associating their brand with the resort without permission. On December 20, Aspen Skiing Company, also known as Ski Co, filed a lawsuit against the designer brand Perfect Moment. The lawsuit involves seven causes of action, including federal trademark infringement, unfair competition, misleading, and/or misappropriation of company reputation, deceptive trade practices, unjust enrichment, and misappropriation of company value. Ski Co is alleging that the U.K. fashion company will regularly associate their brand with ASC resorts in order to cash off the ski company's world-renowned brand. The lawsuit states, 'Perfect Moment is a ski apparel company that aims to establish a reputation for luxury lifestyle products.'

According to ex-Army colonel Harry, he has painted a bullet on his back with remarks about the killing of 25 Taliban

www.dailymail.co.uk, January 6, 2023
Former British Army Colonel Richard Kemp said yesterday that the Duke of Sussex's decision to reveal information in his forthcoming autobiography 'Spare' (inset) amounts to a "betrayal of the people he served with" in the war.' It jeopardizes his personal safety.' He shot himself in the foot, and it would probably incite those who want revenge and attempt to do so,' Kemp said. After being shot with an arm and a leg in a bomb blast during the war, former Royal Marine Ben McBean, who died as a 'hero,' insisted, but Colonel Bob Stewart, a Tory MP who led British troops in Bosnia, dismissed the warning as 'distasteful.'

You need to chill,' says a Royal Marine friend who has been asking Duke not to'stop' revealing details.'

After the Duke revealed that he killed 25 Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, British Marine Ben McBean, who Harry praised as a hero' after losing an arm and a leg in a bomb explosion during the war, begged him to'shut down.' In Spare, the Duke of Sussex, who was known as 'Captain Wales,' in the military, wrote that he did not think of those people who were killed as individuals but rather 'chess pieces' he had removed from the board. Harry, who flew an Apache attack helicopter on his second tour, said it was "not a fact that filled me with joy, but I wasn't ashamed either." Mr McBean tweeted today: 'Love you #PrinceHarry but you need to shut up! Makes you wonder who he's hanging around with. 'If it was good people, somebody by now would have told him not to stop.'
