A court heard Tariq Evans, who is now 23, lost his career and suffers nightmares and headaches as a result of the traumatic attack. According to the BBC, PC Jack Williams, 27, was caught on another officer's body camera beating Mr Evans after chasing him on suspicion of criminal assault. He was led to the ground in the Morriston neighborhood of the city after being harassed by several South Wales Police officers through Swansea.
