At his appearance on Good Morning Football Monday, Jets tight end Jack Conklin did little to calm the rumors of free agent running back Dalvin Cook joining Gang Green. Following an impasse regarding his value, Cook, a four-time Pro Bowler, was released by the Vikings earlier this month. Cook has been enjoying social media messages comparing him with New England, Miami, his hometown squad, and, of course, the Jets.

Jack Conklin has made it abundantly that he did not want to leave Cleveland or the Browns. Turns out, the feeling was mutual. According to a person familiar with the case, Conklin has agreed to a four-year, $60 million contract to remain with the Browns, who continue to invest in their solid offensive line.
