As he hit Bangladesh in Chattogram, Ishan Kishan shattered the record for the fastest double century in one-day internationals today. Following his injury to captain Rohit Sharma, the 24-year-old was recalled to India's team, who then celebrated by beating the previous best set by Chris Gayle for West Indies against Zimbabwe in Canberra in early 2014 by 12 deliveries. There were already a dozen overs surviving barring one ball when Kishan left for 210, and his 10 sixes tied the total number he had collected in his previous nine ODIs.
