Career

Ingrid Cruz made her television debut on Canal 13 in 1998, sharing credits with Cristián Campos and Jorge Zabaleta. She served on Canal 13 for ten years under Verónica Saquel's command.

She appeared in commercially successful telenovelas such as Machos in 2003, Brujas in 2005, and Lola in 2007, in which she became well-known despite not playing a leading role. Canal 13 did not renew Cruz's deal in 2009 because they wanted to promote actresses with greater authority in the television industry, as was the case with Tamara Acosta and Blanca Lewin.
